There are slightly sweet bread rolls. You do not taste the sour cream, but it does add a creamy flavor. They are very light a fluffy, and I believe they would go very well with tea or coffee!

SOUR CREAM ROLLS
Time: 30-40 minutes
Makes 12 rolls
Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup sour cream
1 1/3 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
- Preheat an oven to 400°F.
- Beat the egg in a bowl large bowl
- Mix in the sugar, melted butter, and sour cream.
- Sift all the dry ingredients into the bowl
- Lightly stir together until well incorporated (avoid over-mixing)
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin
- Scoop equal amounts into all cups
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they turn a light brown color.
- Unmold on a drying rack and allow to cool completely before serving

PANECITOS DE CREMA
1 huevo
2 cdas. azúcar blanca
1 cda. mantequilla
1 taza de crema agria
1 1/3 taza de harina
1 cda. polvos Royal
½ cdta. de bicarbonato
½ cdta. de sal
Bata el huevo, añada el azúcar, mantequilla derretidas y crema agria. Agregue los ingredientes secos cernidos, revuelva solo hasta mezclarlo todo. Vierta la masa en moldecillos individuales engrasados. Hornéelos a 400°F aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos. Salen 12 panecitos.
